Serie No Umerica is a research based brand that since 2009 concentrates exclusively on knitwear and leather accessories. The two designers, Maria de Ambrogio and Stella Tosco work closely with Italian hand crafting in order to rediscover and change the culture that typically distinguishes the " Made in Italy" products. The creative process, despite starting from an individual idea, develops through continuous interactions with the manufacturers of the various items. By pushing the boundaries of traditional techniques and there by altering the rules of classical design. Through this the designers achieve the value of very high quality raw materials. The combination of traditional techniques with experimentation with the new technologies that are available within the field of fashion, ensure the realization of the final product.
